Beat the egg whites until thick and cloud-like using fresh egg whites
Add the corn starch to the beaten egg whites and beat again
Spread the mixture on a greased baking sheet
Bake for 23 minutes at 300°F
While baking, make the cinnamon spread by mixing melted butter with syrup, cinnamon and a pinch of salt
Make the icing by mixing yogurt, stevia and vanilla extract
Once cooked and cooled, spread the cinnamon filling on the cloud bread
Roll up the cloud bread and slice into pieces
Drizzle with the icing and serve
