Chickpea Shakshuka
  1. Saute onion and garlic. Add spices and stir.

  2. Add tomatoes and chickpeas, simmer 10 min.

  3. Crack eggs into sauce. Cover and cook 5-7 min until eggs set.

  4. Serve with crusty bread.
