In a food processor, combine peanuts, peanut butter and soaked dates (be sure they are soaked to help everything blend) until you reach a crumbly texture that can easily be formed into balls.
Use a spoon to form the mixture into 12 balls.
Dip each ball into melted dark chocolate and transfer to a parchment lined baking sheet.
Add crushed peanuts and flaky salt on top (optional).
Freeze for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate has set and enjoy!
