Creamy Steak & Broccoli Pasta
  1. Boil pasta in salted water according to package directions. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.

  2. Season steak pieces with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sear steak for 3–5 minutes, until browned but still tender. Remove and set aside.

  3. In the same pan, add butter and garlic. Add broccoli florets and sauté 3–4 minutes until bright and slightly tender.

  4. Lower heat to medium. Pour in heavy cream and beef broth (or pasta water). Stir in Parmesan until sauce thickens. Add salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.

  5. Add cooked pasta and steak back into the pan. Toss until well coated in the creamy sauce. Adjust seasoning if needed.
