Peach Fluff
  1. In a large mixing bowl, stir together peach Jello mix (3 ounces) and hot water (1 cup) until Jello is completely dissolved.

  2. Pour in the cold water (½ cup) and stir to combine then place in the fridge to cool, for about 15 minutes.

  3. Remove the Jello from the fridge and pour in the vanilla pudding mix (dry) (5.1 ounces) and use a whisk to completely combine.

  4. Return the bowl to the fridge to thicken slightly, about 15 minutes.

  5. In another medium bowl, using a handheld mixer, beat cream cheese (4 ounces) until fluffy.

  6. Fold in Cool Whip (8 ounces).

  7. Fold in the cream cheese (4 ounces) and Cool Whip mixture, chopped peaches (3 cans), mini marshmallows (5 ounces), and pecans (1 cup).

  8. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or better, overnight.

  9. Serve from bowl or place in individual dishes. Garnish, if desired, with extra marshmallow, chopped pecans, and a maraschino cherry.
