One Pot Cajun Beef Macaroni
  1. Fry off the beef in the seasonings until the beef has browned and cooked through.

  2. Add in the onion and peppers and cook until soft, then add in the garlic and tomato puree.

  3. Cook for around 30 seconds and then add in the dried pasta.

  4. Add in 800ml of the stock and cook on high until it's absorbed and the pasta is cooked al dente, adding more stock if needed.

  5. Then add in the milk and turn the heat down.. cook for a few minutes until it has thickened slightly and add in the cheddar.

  6. Stir until melted and you have a nice creamy sauce.

  7. Top with the mozzarella and pop under the grill or pop a lid on until the cheese has melted.

  8. Garnish. Serve and enjoy.
