Homemade Yasso Bars
  1. Combine the yogurt with the PB2 powder and add the baking powder.

  2. Drop 6 dollops of yogurt on a parchment-lined baking sheet and flatten (adding popsicle sticks if desired).

  3. Stick the pan in the freezer for about an hour.

  4. Melt the coconut oil and add the cocoa powder and sweetener. Mix well.

  5. Then either dunk the frozen yogurt circles in the chocolate syrup or spoon over the tops.

  6. Place back on the sheet and into the freezer to set.

  7. Once ready to eat, set out at room temperature for a few minutes (they will be pretty hard). Just enough to warm up a tad so they are perfect to bite in and devour!
