Black Bean + Quinoa Veggie Burgers
  1. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except olive oil and mix to combine.

  2. Form into 4 balls, and flatten into patties.

  3. Heat a heavy bottomed skillet over medium heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of oil. Once the oil is simmering, add the patties and cook on each side for 5 minutes until golden brown.
