Bubblegum Fudge
  1. Line a 9-inch square baking pan with parchment paper (allowing it to hang over the sides to make for easier removal of the fudge).

  2. Add candy melts, sweetened condensed milk, and butter to a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 40 seconds at a time until the candy is still a bit lumpy. Stir until smooth.

  3. Working quickly, add vanilla extract, bubble gum flavoring, and pink food gel color to the melted candy mixture stirring with a silicone spatula until uniform in color.

  4. Pour one-third of the pink mixture into the baking pan.

  5. Add the marshmallows to the remaining pink mixture left in the mixing bowl. Stir to coat.

  6. Add the marshmallow mixture to the baking pan and using an offset spatula, spread evenly.

  7. Add sprinkles and chill for 2-3 hours until the fudge has set.

  8. To serve, remove from baking pan, by pulling on parchment paper handles and cut into 16 equal squares.
