Ingredients:
Boil potatoes.
Mix the mustard powder, celery seed, and salt together.
Melt butter.
Then add egg, vinegar, sugar, and milk.
Then add cornstarch.
Heat spice mix and butter mix together on the stove at a low temperature until it thickens.
Remove from heat, add onion, and mayo. Stir until thickened mixture is cool.
Drain the potatoes and add to the sauce mixture.
If the mixture is dry add some more mayo.
Garnish with fresh or dried dill and sliced boiled eggs.
