  1. Dredge the chicken thigh in flour, egg, then crushed corn flakes.

  2. Spray with a 0 calorie oil spray and air fry at 385°F for 16 minutes, flipping halfway through, until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached.

  3. In a pan, add 2 tbsp of light butter, ½ cup light soy sauce, 1 tbsp brown sugar blend, 1 cup hoisin sauce, ½ cup bourbon or whiskey (cook out the alcohol), crushed red pepper, and minced garlic.

  4. Add warm water if the sauce is too thick.

  5. In a container, add a whole cucumber and some cabbage, then add lime juice, honey, white balsamic vinegar, avocado oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
