Whisk together coffee, cocoa, sugar, oil and vinegar
Add the flour and baking soda and mix until just combined
Pour into a lined cake tin and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for around 40 minutes, or until a skewer when inserted in the middle comes out clean
For the syrup: Mix together ½ cup sugar, ½ cup boiling water and ¼ cup cocoa until smooth
Pierce holes in the cake when it comes out of the oven and drizzle the syrup on while the cake is still warm
