30-minute Bang Bang Chicken Bowls
  1. Cook the rice according to package directions. Fluff and set aside.

  2. Add the chopped chicken to a bowl and toss with garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and oil until evenly coated.

  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a little oil. Add the chicken and cook, stirring occasionally, for about 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through. Remove from heat.

  4. In a small bowl, stir together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, vinegar (or lime juice), and honey until smooth. Adjust spice or sweetness as needed.

  5. Divide rice between bowls. Top with chicken, cabbage, cucumber, and carrots. Drizzle with bang bang sauce and finish with green onions.
