Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the butter and brown sugar until smooth.
Next, whisk in the eggs and vanilla until well combined.
Add the orange zest, baking powder, flour, and salt to the bowl. Mix until you have a batter.
Fold in ½ cup of mini white chocolate chips and ½ cup of dried cranberries.
Transfer to a parchment paper lined 13x9 rimmed baking sheet.
Bake the bars for 25-27 minutes on the middle rack.
Let them cool on a wire rack.
Beat together the frosting — cream cheese, powdered sugar, orange zest, and vanilla extract.
Once the bars are completely cooled, remove from the pan and top with the frosting, dried cranberries, and a drizzle of melted white chocolate.
Slice into triangles and enjoy!
