Creamy High-protein Mac & Cheese
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

  2. Add the elbow noodles and cook according to the package instructions until al dente.

  3. Drain and set aside.

  4. While the noodles are cooking, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

  5. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add the blended cottage cheese, shredded cheese, water or milk, paprika, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

  6. Stir continuously until the cheese is fully melted and the sauce is smooth. Reduce heat to low to prevent separation.

  7. Add the cooked noodles to the sauce, stirring well to ensure all noodles are evenly coated with the cheese sauce.

  8. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.
