Protein-packed Cheesecake Breakfast
  1. Add all the ingredients except raspberries to a bowl and whisk until well combined.

  2. Pour the batter into a heatproof bowl. Top with berries. Bake at 350°F for about 12 minutes. It should still be a little wobbly but will firm up after cooling.

  3. Remove from the oven and chill in the fridge until cool.

  4. Devour
