Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels. In a medium bowl, stir bread crumbs, Parmesan, oregano, and garlic powder.
Dredge pickles in egg, then in bread crumb mixture. Transfer to a plate.
Working in batches, in an air-fryer basket, arrange pickles in a single layer. Cook at 400° until golden brown and crisp, about 10 minutes.
Serve with ranch dressing alongside.
