  4. Cook at 160°C (320°F) for 15 minutes to let them cook through evenly.

  5. Crank the air fryer heat up to 200°C (390°F) and cook for an additional 3–4 minutes until the edges are deeply golden and caramelized.

  6. While the fish crisps, whisk the Sriracha and Kewpie mayo together in a small bowl.

  7. Plate the hot salmon bites alongside fresh sliced avocado, garnish with green onions, and serve immediately with your spicy dipping sauce!
