Crumbled feta, breadcrumbs, spinach, red onion, a few herbs, a little bit of milk and some beaten egg all wrapped up in a golden pastry plait.
This is so easy, it's full of flavour and there's something that feels really wholesome about plaiting a pastry pie!
We had this with mash and veg but next time, I'm definitely going to do it with roasties and some of my creamy leek and cabbage.
