Big Mac Wraps
  1. Make the Big Mac sauce by whisking together ½ cup mayonnaise, ¼ cup finely diced dill pickles, 1 Tablespoon mustard, 3 Tablespoons ketchup and ½ teaspoon paprika in a bowl and refrigerate until needed.

  2. In a medium skillet, cook and crumble 1 pound ground beef and half the 1 yellow onion, diced until beef is cooked thoroughly and onions are soft. Note: season with salt and pepper to your liking.

  3. If necessary, drain any grease from the pan. Transfer the beef to a bowl.

  4. To assemble wraps, lay 4 soft taco size tortillas on a clean preparation surface. On each tortilla, add ½ cup lettuce, shredded, ½ cup dill pickles, sliced, cooked beef mixture, the other half of the diced onions, ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese and the Big Mac sauce prepared earlier.

  5. Fold tortilla as a wrap and serve.
