Mix the base ingredients (ground almonds, ⅓ cup cashew butter, and ¼ cup maple syrup) in a bowl
Place the base mixture in a lined loaf tin or mould and flatten down with a spoon
Mix caramel ingredients (⅓ cup cashew butter and ⅓ cup maple syrup) together and spread on top of the base
Melt chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave, stirring every 30 seconds
Stir in 2 tbsp cashew butter to the melted chocolate and pour over the base
Chill in the fridge until set (around 30 minutes)
Cut into slices and enjoy
