If the coconut oil is solid, melt it gently.
Add the herbs to the melted oil and blend thoroughly.
Simmer the mixture in a double boiler for 1 hour.
Leave it overnight at a temperature of 20–25°C to prevent it from solidifying.
Strain the mixture using a cheesecloth and transfer it to a jar.
Store the jar in the refrigerator. The balm will last for up to 6 months.
