Creamy Boursin And Bolognese “lasange”
  1. Fry off the onions, carrots and peppers until soft then add the garlic.

  2. Add your bacon and cook for a few minutes, then add the beef mince and cook until brown.

  3. Add the tomato purée, stock cube, herbs and passata and cook on a low heat for at least 30 min (longer the better).

  4. Pop your pasta on to cook.

  5. Meanwhile pop the butter into a separate saucepan and melt.

  6. Once melted add in the flour and stir into a paste.

  7. Add the warmed milk in bit by bit, stirring constantly so no lumps are formed.

  8. Once your sauce is thick add in the mustard, and the Boursin, stir until the cheese has melted and then season to taste.

  9. Mix the bolognese and the pasta together, then top with the béchamel and the cheese.

  10. Put it under the grill until the cheese is golden and bubbling.

  11. Serve and enjoy.
