Instant Pot Mississippi Pot Roast
  1. Place the chuck roast in the instant pot.

  2. Sprinkle with seasonings and butter.

  3. Pour the beef broth, pepperoncinis, and pepperoncini juice along the side into the bottom of the instant pot.

  4. Cook on high pressure for 60 minutes.

  5. Natural release pressure, shred, return to pot and serve as desired.
