1 Add all the ingredients except flour into the mixing bowl and whisk with a whisk. Add flour slowly and knead. Let's get a dough that will be softer than the consistency of an earlobe. Cover and let it ferment for 30-40 minutes.

2 Roll the fermented dough into tangerine-sized pieces and place them on the tray. You can also add the filling if you wish.

3 Let it ferment in the tray for 20-25 minutes. Brush the pastries with egg yolk and sprinkle sesame seeds and black cumin.

4 Let's bake in a preheated 200° top and bottom fan oven until golden brown. After baking, cover it with a dry cloth and let it stand for a while.
