Mix flour, salt, yeast, and warm water until combined
Cover and let it rest on the counter for 2 hours
Lightly flour parchment paper to place dough to shape it into a ball
Lightly flour the dough and score it (a square)
Preheat oven to 450 def farenheit with Dutch oven inside
Place parchment and dough into Dutch oven
Add 4 ice cubes, behind/under each corner of parchment, to create steam
Bake at 450°F covered for 30 minutes
Bake uncovered for 15 minutes for a total of 45 minutes
