Chicken Crust Stuffed Calzone
  1. Preheat the oven to 380°F (195°C). Line a baking tray with parchment paper.

  2. Spread the ground chicken evenly on the parchment paper, forming a thin oval or circle. Press it down firmly.

  3. Season the chicken with salt, black pepper, and your favorite seasoning.

  4. On one half of the chicken base, spread the cream cheese. Layer ham, tomato slices, and mozzarella on top.

  5. Carefully fold the empty half of the chicken over the filling, creating a calzone shape. Gently seal the edges.

  6. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle generously with grated parmesan cheese.

  7. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until golden, crispy on the outside, and fully cooked inside.

  8. Let it rest for 3-5 minutes before slicing.
