PITA CHIPS
  1. Preheat the oven to 375ºF.

  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine pita wedges, olive oil, salt, paprika, and za’atar (optional). Toss until pita is evenly coated, and spread in a single layer onto a baking sheet.

  3. Bake pita chips for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway, or until lightly golden brown and crisp.
