  1. Make the Dough: Mix flour, yeast, sugar, salt, oil, and water in a bowl. Knead for 10-12 minutes until smooth. Let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled.

  2. Shape: Divide dough into two, roll each into a round sheet. Spread butter on one, place the other on top, and cut into 12 triangles. Roll each triangle into crescent shapes.

  3. Rise Again: Place on a baking sheet, let rise for 30 minutes.

  4. Bake: Brush with egg wash, bake at 200°C (392°F) for 10-15 minutes until golden.
