Burrata at Francesca's in Chicago

    Crostini

  1. Drizzle olive oil and a little garlic and bake till golden

    Directions

  2. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except burrata

  3. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet

  4. Preheat my oven to 400

  5. Pour the bowl onto the parchment paper and bake for 20 minutes.

  6. Let the balsamic tomatoes cool to room temperature.

  7. Drain the Burrata and smash on serving platter

  8. Spoon the balsamic tomato mixture over the burrata and finish with balsamic glaze

  9. Use crostini, Italian bread or whatever you prefer.

  10. Top the mixture with fresh basil leaves
