Cut a chicken breast in half.
Cover it with plastic wrap and pound it well with a kitchen mallet.
Coat the chicken breast in wheat flour, making sure every side is well covered.
In a bowl, add two eggs, three cloves of garlic, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of black pepper and parsley. To taste, add half a cup of grated Parmesan.
Mix everything until it's well combined.
Dip the chicken in the egg mixture.
Fry it in a pan with oil until it gets a nice golden color.
Flip it to fry the other side.
Add one and a/2 cups of chicken broth, three more cloves of garlic and a bit of parsley to the pan.
Add 1 tablespoon of butter.
Mix everything slowly.
Dip the chicken in the mixture again.
Place it on a plate.
Spoon some of the mixture over the top.
