Italian Chicken
  1. Cut a chicken breast in half.

  2. Cover it with plastic wrap and pound it well with a kitchen mallet.

  3. Coat the chicken breast in wheat flour, making sure every side is well covered.

  4. In a bowl, add two eggs, three cloves of garlic, one teaspoon of salt, one teaspoon of paprika, half a teaspoon of black pepper and parsley. To taste, add half a cup of grated Parmesan.

  5. Mix everything until it's well combined.

  6. Dip the chicken in the egg mixture.

  7. Fry it in a pan with oil until it gets a nice golden color.

  8. Flip it to fry the other side.

  9. Add one and a/2 cups of chicken broth, three more cloves of garlic and a bit of parsley to the pan.

  10. Add 1 tablespoon of butter.

  11. Mix everything slowly.

  12. Dip the chicken in the mixture again.

  13. Place it on a plate.

  14. Spoon some of the mixture over the top.
