  3. Season the mixture and mix everything together until well combined.

  4. Roll the mixture into balls.

  5. Heat a griddle over high heat.

  6. Place the paneer balls on the griddle along with sliced onions and smash them flat.

  7. Press down firmly and cook until they become crispy.

  8. Flip the patties, add cheese on top, and allow it to melt.

  9. Toast the burger buns.

  10. Assemble the burger and enjoy immediately.
