In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Pour in the heavy cream and whisk it together with the butter and garlic. Let it simmer gently for about 3–4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Stir in the smoked paprika, Cajun seasoning, black pepper, and red pepper flakes. Adjust the salt to your liking.
Reduce the heat to low and slowly stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce is silky smooth.
Toss in your cooked shrimp, chicken, or any other add-ins you prefer. Stir to coat everything in the sauce.
Pour the Cajun Alfredo sauce over your favorite pasta and garnish with chopped parsley and a squeeze of lemon juice.
