Cranberry Orange Granola
  1. Preheat oven to 160C/320F.

  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  3. Combine oats, sugar, cinnamon, salt, orange zest, honey and oil in a deep bowl; stir until thoroughly coated.

  4. Place granola mixture on a baking sheet; roast for 30 minutes, until golden brown.

  5. Remove from the oven and let cool completely.

  6. Toss dark chocolate and cranberries into granola; mix well.

  7. Divide granola into 4 equal portions; put them into separate, small-sized zip-lock freezer bags.

  8. Add to each portion 2 tablespoons of powdered milk and seal the bags.

  9. Pour granola into a bowl.

  10. Add ½ cup of hot or cold water; stir well and enjoy!

  11. Bring ½ cup water to a boil.

  12. Carefully pour hot water into the bag with the granola mixture.

  13. Stir well and enjoy!
