Gut Loving Turkey Chili
  1. Chop up your veggies

  2. Do not cut out the white part of the bell pepper

  3. Cook your veggies first and then add in your turkey

  4. Add tomato paste at this point

  5. Add salt, pepper, cumin, chili powder, and the secret ingredient

  6. Give everything a good mix

  7. Taste it and add more spices if you like

  8. Add one can of corn, black and kidney beans, and one 26 ounce box of chopped tomatoes

  9. Strain the corn and beans before adding

  10. Add two boxes of bone broth

  11. Bring everything to a boil, then let it simmer for at least 30 minutes

  12. Top with grass-fed cheese, sour cream and green onions
