First start by making your coconut lime rice.
While your rice is cooking, prep your salmon bites by adding them to a mixing bowl. Spritz them with a little bit of olive oil spray.
In a small bowl combine the brown sugar and seasonings and mix well. Toss the seasoning blend over your salmon bites and toss so they are all coated.
Add your salmon bites to your air fryer and air fry at 400 degrees F for 6-8 minutes or until they are cooked through.
While the salmon bites are cooking, prep your salsa by combining the strawberries, mango, avocado, jalapeño cilantro and lime in a medium mixing bowl. Mix well and set aside.
Serve your bowls by adding the coconut lime rice, salmon bites and top with the strawberry mango salsa.
Serve with some lime wedges if desired and enjoy!
