Combine all the ingredients for the meatballs in a large bowl and mix until incorporated.
Scoop into tablespoon size balls and either pan fry in a skillet over medium heat with a tablespoon of olive oil or bake for 20-25 minutes at 400F, until cooked through
For alfredo, put the ingredients into a food processor or blender & blend until smooth.
Add pasta water to blender to loosen texture into a sauce.
Pour mixture into a saucepan and cook over medium-low heat until heated through and add the cooked pasta right before serving.
Add meatballs to the pasta and sauce and serve!
