Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Cook shells in boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and place shells on a baking sheet to cool.
While the pasta is cooking, mix Longhorn-style colby cheese and egg in a bowl until well combined.
In a separate bowl, combine cooked ground beef and marinara sauce.
Stuff shells with cheese mixture and place in the prepared baking dish. Ladle the meat sauce over everything.
Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the edges are bubbly and the cheese has melted.
