Cut chicken into bite size pieces
Season with all items listed under chicken
Mix all ingredients for sauce and set aside
Fry chicken first 2-3 minutes until slightly brown and crispy. Do NOT overcook the chicken , it will taste like rubber. It will also cook again in the sauce. once cooked Let the chicken rest first about 10-15 minutes
Add the sauce to a pan and let it heat up. Add the chicken and mix gently to coat each piece
Double the sauce recipe if you like it extra saucy
