Chop onion and garlic and add to a medium heat pan with olive oil. Cook until translucent.
Add 1lb ground beef and cook until browned. Strain the grease.
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, seasoned salt, chili powder, and Italian seasoning. Add Worcestershire sauce and tomato paste. Stir to combine.
Add 12oz uncooked rotini pasta and mix with the ground beef.
Pour in enough chicken or beef broth to cover the pasta noodles.
Turn heat to high and bring to a boil.
Cover and reduce heat to low. Simmer for 15-20 minutes.
Remove lid and add ¼cup heavy cream. Stir and bring to a simmer.
Add 6oz freshly shredded cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
Finish with 1tbsp sour cream and garnish with crushed red pepper. Serve and enjoy.
