Umami Enoki And Tofu Steam
  1. In a bowl, mix oyster sauce, bean paste, black bean chili oil, sesame oil, and chopped garlic and spring onions

  2. Add the enoki mushrooms and massage gently until evenly coated

  3. Place the tofu on a heatproof plate and gently slice it into sections so the flavor seeps in

  4. Place the marinated mushrooms over the tofu

  5. Steam over medium heat for about 5 minutes until the tofu water and marinade turns into an umami broth

  6. Serve with rice
