Put the chicken into a baking dish.
Add the remaining ingredients on top of the chicken.
Use tongs to coat both sides of the chicken and mix the marinade around the thighs.
Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
Bake the chicken in a preheated 400-degree F oven for 30 minutes, or until cooked through.
Sprinkle the top with chopped parsley if desired.
Serve over rice or other grain, adding some of the marinade juices over the top of the chicken, and enjoy!
