Buttercream Frosting
  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.

  2. Add vanilla extract and mix well.

  3. Gradually add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the desired consistency is reached.

  4. Continue to beat the frosting for an additional 2-3 minutes to incorporate air and make it lighter in texture.

  5. Use immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
