Grate or finely dice the onion into a puree and mix.
Add mince, yogurt, olive oil and all seasonings, then blend until fully combined.
Split into two portions and place each between baking paper.
Roll out thin, remove top paper and tightly roll into logs.
Place on a tray and bake at 180°C for 20–25 mins until cooked through.
Unwrap, slice thin, then load into flatbread with sauces and salad.
