Add shrimp to a food processor and roughly chop until a little paste forms and you still have some nice chunks of shrimp. Remove from the processor and add to a mixing bowl with the remaining ingredients.
Mix well, shape into burger patties, and place on a baking tray in the refrigerator for 15 minutes to set up.
Add avocado oil to a pan over medium heat, and sear shrimp burgers on each side for 1 minute until caramelized.
Add ¼ cup water to the pan, place a lid on, and steam shrimp burgers for 2 minutes, flip, and repeat until the shrimp are fully cooked!
