Asian Chicken Noodle Soup
  1. Sauté two diced shallots, garlic, and a chopped head of cabbage in olive oil

  2. Add ribboned carrots, vermicelli noodles, and 32oz of bone broth

  3. Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, salt, thyme, and fresh chopped cilantro and green onion

  4. Let simmer for flavors to blend

  5. Season and cook chicken with Japanese bbq sauce, salt, pepper, yellow curry powder, garlic powder, honey, and sesame oil in air fryer

  6. Add cooked chicken to the soup

  7. Sprinkle with cilantro and green onion and serve
