Place cornflour, curry powder and chicken strips/cubes into a snaplock bag and mix until chicken is coated. Set aside.
Place onion and garlic into TM bowl and chop 3 seconds/speed 7
Scrape down sides of TM bowl. Add olive oil remove MC and saute 3 min/120 degrees/speed 1
Add tomato and apple and chop 3 seconds/speed 7
Scrape down sides of TM bowl. Add cornflour, curry and chicken mixture remove MC and saute 5 min/120 degrees/speed 1
Add sultanas, chutney (or mustard pickle), apricot jam, stock, water and coconut cream. Give it a good stir then use TM basket in place of MC and cook 15 min/100 degrees/speed 1
