  1. Muddle Mint & Lime: Add 6-10 mint leaves and a few lime slices to a large wine glass. Gently clap or muddle to release the mint oils, adding aroma and flavor.

  2. Add Ice: Fill glass halfway with ice cubes.

  3. Liquor: Pour in 1 ounce elderflower liqueur.

  4. Prosecco: Add 4 ounces chilled prosecco.

  5. Top and Stir: Add a splash (about 1 ounce) of soda or sparkling water for extra fizz. Stir gently to combine.

  6. Garnish: Finish with a mint sprig and an extra lime wheel for garnish.

  7. Serve: Enjoy immediately while it’s cold and bubbly.
