Pete's Texas Chili
  1. Brown the beef in the oil and garlic salt in a large stockpot.  Add the Worcestershire sauce, green salsa, and vegetable broth.  Bring the mixture to a boil, then add the diced green chiles, and cook for 45mins on medium heat.

  2. In a separate container, combine the New Mexican red chile powder, pasilla powder, cumin, oregano and cilantro.  Mix well, and an ¼ of this spice mix to the chili.  Stir the chili well, and cook for 1 ¾ hours.

  3. Add the chipotle powder and 2 tablespoons of the spice mix.  Cook for 15 more minutes, and add the rest of the spice mix, the garlic, cayenne and the Goya Sazon.  Stir well, simmer 10 more minutes and serve.
