No Added Sugar Apple Granola
  1. Grate the apples and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix until all the components are well incorporated.

  3. Lay on a baking tray, with baking paper on it. Use a large baking tray so you can spread the ingredients nicely, as much as possible.

  4. Bake on a pre-heated oven at 180C for 40mins (then leave to cool down into the oven with the door slightly open).
